Sheldon Yellen Has the Kindest of Employees
Sunday night, the CBS television program "Undercover Boss" offered the general manager of Belfor Restoration - Sheldon Yellen. I've seen "Undercover Boss" on most Sunday nights, and which opened last year after the Super Bowl game. While the format of "Undercover Boss" has become too predictable in recent weeks, the Sunday night show with Sheldon Yellen, CEO showed a really seemed to put its money where its mouth. Unless Yellen is the best con of all time, who really seemed to care about the people who work for him in Belfor Restoration.
One thing that has changed from "Undercover Boss", as the debut early last year has been the disappearance of bad employees in the companies listed in the program. I usually like to see the bad employees and see their faces when they were forced to confront the leader of his company after his misconduct was discovered. pressure more than likely that the companies not to show their employees problem lead to the disappearance of them in the recent sample. Honestly, if the producers of "Undercover Boss" does not begin suddenly changing its format - the public will lose interest in the show.
What interested me the most about CEO Sheldon Yellen Belfor Restoration was his life story. Instead of being born with a silver spoon in his mouth - Mr. Yellen grew up in a very poor family with the same financial problems facing the millions of other Americans. Yellen CEO's emotions came through perfectly on TV, especially when it was discovered that some of the decisions he has made as leader of Belfor - ended up hurting instead of helping employees. If you are not a regular viewer of "Undercover Boss", which could be worth your time to watch Sunday's episode on CBS.com or when repeated in reruns this summer.
